Policies & Player Agreements
Effective August 1, 2026
Please review these policies before booking or using any Orby Golf facility. They explain booking terms, cancellations, customer responsibilities, privacy, and safe use of the simulators.
-
The person making the booking is responsible for damage or loss caused by them, their guests, or minors in their care. If equipment, furnishings, access systems, or the facility are damaged through misuse or a breach of posted rules, Orby or the applicable location operator may charge the booking customer for documented repair or replacement costs, as permitted by law.
-
We collect the information needed to manage bookings, payments, customer support, facility access, safety, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. This may include contact and booking details, transaction records, device or cookie data, support messages, and—where applicable—access logs or security footage. Service providers and the applicable Orby location operator may process information only for these purposes. Contact info@orbygolf.ca to request access or correction.
-
Bookings may be modified, rescheduled, or cancelled at least 24 hours before the start time. Cancellations within 24 hours are normally non-refundable unless Orby cancels the session or confirms a facility issue. Promotional credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire under the stated offer terms. Purchased gift cards remain subject to applicable Ontario law and their disclosed terms.
-
The booking customer is responsible for their guests and any minors in their care. Follow all posted rules and staff instructions, use the simulator and facility safely, allow only one golfer to swing at a time, and do not enter restricted areas or tamper with equipment or access systems. Orby may end a session or deny access for unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or rule-breaking conduct. Ontario law applies, and location-specific terms control when clearly stated.
-
Golf swings, balls, clubs, automated access, slips, trips, and equipment use involve inherent risks. By participating, each player voluntarily accepts those risks and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, releases Orby, the applicable location operator, property owners, staff, contractors, and landlords from related claims, including claims involving negligence. A parent or legal guardian must consent for a minor.
